Eighty cabins have been
reserved (inside and ocean view) for this special event. The price includes ALL
meals, stage shows, snacks, cocktail party, dancing to live and
recorded music, swimming, snack bars, and all day entertainment including
games such as Trivia. Chill out by the
pool or relive Woodlawn memories with classmates. Additional expenses include gratuities,
travel insurance, if desired, parking in the cruise terminal deck, and any
tours desired in Reserve your cabin by calling toll free 1-866-721-3225. Press 1 and then Press 2 to book your reservation. Our Group Number is 68K6D7. This number will entitle you to our special group price and all of the amenities given to us including the free cocktail party. When you call you will be asked which category you want, Inside or Ocean View. Inside cabins are $368 or $373 per person depending on the deck you select. Ocean View cabins are $418 or $428 per person. We have twenty cabins of each category reserved until July 31st. Singles are available as are mini-suites and full suites at additional cost. A deposit of $200 per person is required, payable by check or credit
card, not later than July 31st.
The deposit is fully refundable by December 24, 2009 when the balance
is due. You will also be asked if you
prefer early or late seating for dinner.
Early seating is at 5:45 P.M or 6:15 PM. Late seating is at 8:00 P.M. or 8:30
P.M. There will be one night when coat
and tie are required /recommended in the dining rooms but dinner is always
available other places.
Passports or Passport Cards
(cheaper) are recommended. At the present time Homeland
Security allows birth certificate and photo ID for identification when
you sail from and back to a U.S. port. For information on Passports

but not required. The insurance
offered by Carnival does not provide medical coverage for pre-existing
conditions or carrier default; therefore, if you elect to purchase insurance,
it is suggested that you go to www.InsureMyTrip.com or phone them toll free at 1-800-487-4722
and purchase trip insurance that provides complete coverage. Insure My Trip offers coverage from many
companies and lets you compare their costs.
After research, Travel Safe provides complete coverage. Travelex, and
Travel Guard also provide excellent coverage and may offer a better price
depending on your age/s. Note:
You must purchase insurance
within two weeks of making your deposit to get the pre-existing condition
medical coverage. Additional expense: gratuities of $10 per day per person ($50) cover your cabin steward and dining room waiters and can be decreased or increased as your service dictates; parking in the deck at cruise terminal is $75 per vehicle (cash or credit card required), RV’s /Campers more; alcoholic beverages and carbonated beverages are not included; organized shore tours in Cozumel and Calica are not included.
