A tribute to James Brown, fallen comrade
posted by the webmaster,
who, because the world is sometimes very small, 
was in the same Marine division and at the same place and time
when this young man died in action on a monsoon swept day in the jungles
south of Danang, Quang Nam Province, Vietnam,
only a few days after his arrival from the United States.

Distant in time and miles, but only yesterday in our memories.
